Pets require landlord approval
Yes, subject to landlord approval. The one-time non-refundable pet fee is $300 for one pet or $500 for two pets. Monthly pet rent is $30 for one pet or $50 for two pets. There is no separate pet deposit. Approved assistance animals are not charged pet fees or pet rent.
Assistance animals follow a different approval process
Pet approval and assistance-animal approval are not the same process. The published pet charges apply to approved pets, while approved assistance animals are not charged pet fees or pet rent. Contact the leasing team about the applicable approval process before move-in.
Move-in begins at 5:00 PM or later
Move-in is scheduled for 5:00 PM or later on the lease start date. Earlier exceptions may be coordinated with management. Gas and electric must be in the resident’s name by move-in and remain active through lease expiration.
Set up gas and electric before the lease starts
Rocky Mountain Power provides electric service, and Enbridge Gas provides gas service. Arrange both accounts before the lease start date so they are active when move-in begins; the $80 monthly water, sewer, and trash bundle does not replace those resident utility accounts.
Complete the move-in checklist
- Confirm any pet approval.
- Plan for the applicable one-time fee and monthly pet rent.
- Transfer gas and electric service.
- Prepare for the scheduled 5:00 PM-or-later start.
- Ask management in advance if you need to coordinate an earlier exception.
