Pets
Pet charges

Pets are subject to landlord approval. Approved assistance animals are not charged pet fees or pet rent.
Insurance
$100,000 liability coverage
- Qualifying coverage must be maintained throughout the lease
- Coverage may come from a provider of the resident’s choice
- Proof is required before move-in
If acceptable proof is not on file, the home is automatically enrolled in Highland’s Liability to Landlord Insurance program for $15 per month ($10.50 insurance plus a $4.50 administrative fee). LLI protects Highland’s interest and is not renters insurance. It does not cover personal belongings, additional living expenses, or personal liability to third parties.
